Labware
Labware, or laboratory glassware, refers to a wide range of specialized glass containers and other equipment that are used in laboratory settings. These items are designed to be chemically resistant and to withstand high temperatures and pressures, making them ideal for use in scientific experiments and other laboratory applications.
Examples of labware include beakers, flasks, test tubes, graduated cylinders, pipettes, burettes, condensers, and various types of specialized glassware used in distillation, chromatography, and other laboratory procedures. Labware is typically made from borosilicate glass, which is highly resistant to thermal shock and chemical corrosion, but can also be made from other materials such as quartz, plastic, or metal.
