Glass Double Vacuum Manifold with Hollow Glass Stopcocks and Socket Joint on Left High Vacuum Gas Distributor for Schlenk Line
Design
The double manifold is designed with high vacuum hollow glass stopcocks. The smaller O.D. 17mm front tube is for inert gases and the larger O.D. 22mm back tube is for vacuum, which has a 35/20 socket on the left hand side.
High Vacuum Hollow Glass Stopcocks
The 4mm high vacuum double oblique hollow glass stopcock precision ground with corresponding numbers on barrels and plug, provides a reliable seal when closed to prevent air and moisture from contaminating the reaction vessel during evacuation, back vacuum chambers on stopcock are evacuated with a separate hole in the plug in order to hold the plug into the stopcock barrels.
Multiple Ports
The double manifold is available in three design options with 3, 4, or 5 ports, allowing for connections to various components of the Schlenk line setup. The stopcocks are spaced 100mm center to center.
Open Serrated Hose Connections
The ports feature open serrated hose connections with an O.D. of 10mm at the largest serration, and customers can choose the direction of hose opening to suit their experimental needs.
High-Quality Material and Craftsmanship
Laboy Glass uses high-quality borosilicate glass that is hand-blown and annealed at 800 degrees Celsius to increase strength and durability. The double manifold also features a heavy wall design with uniform wall thickness.
